Medical Transcription System

The Dictation Source, a highly regarded, nationwide medical transcription service, engaged Designing Patterns to create a web-based transcription system providing its clients to access their dictations and transcriptions. A key goal of this project was supporting HIPAA compliance by ensuring the confidentiality of patient care information and implementing federally mandated electronic signature functionality.
